Feb. 1st, 2019 04:49 pmNow that my leg hurts and I'm not entirely sure that my pvc pipe is even a little crooked, I think I have determined that all the guys shoving their knees into pipes and torquing them around to 90 degree angles are either
A) Significantly stronger than me
B) Lying about the difficulty of bending pipe with just a fancy spring.
So, assuming it is not raining and I can find it, I think it's time to bring the heat gun to the office and try to bend my piping that way. I've got these big windows that face empty space anyway, I should use them for more than just admiring the train as it rushes past. Just have to be aware of ventilation. Maybe hold my breath or something XD. As long as I don't burn them, I don't think the PVC gives off that much chlorine gas.
At least my fancy spring should still be good for keeping the pvc from kinking or otherwise deforming so much when it bends.
I suppose I could also be extra lazy and just have everything square but where's the fun in that?
