*sigh* In pain again. My ankle randomly. So, can't sleep. Seems like whenever I even start to get a handle on anything something new goes wrong. I'll force myself into urgent care some time today I suppose. And heed my wife's advice and actually use my damn cane. I may feel just a little bitterness that a cane is part of my life. Though I suppose I should really just be grateful that it is a very small part of my life. At least live TV isn't part of my life anymore so I don't have to listen to muskly men my age talk about how they're in the best shape of their life.

I pretty deeply miss Tumblr. It was a moderate distraction to deal with these sorts of things. I haven't built up enough of my new social media outlets yet. Which I suppose just means I need to follow more people. But I know there is this precarious balance to it all. I'm sure part of my problem is that my first instinct is to follow creative writers and only creative writers and then wonder why my dash reading page is all text.

I have an essay brewing in some kind of infant stage. Which is also usually enough to distract me but I can't get past the title today before the pain interrupts my thought process. So I know it has something to do with Clay Feet and Achilles Heels. Bleh.
