I have to say, if anyone happens to be ok with bacon and happens to be in Manhattan and happens to owe yourself a treat: Get the side of Billionaire's Bacon at the Villiard's House breakfast inside the Lotte Palace Hotel. Yes, it is 15$ for two pieces. No, you are not overpaying. If all bacon tasted like that, I would understand the bacon craze.
